My belief is that a leadership practice should be responsive; it should have enough flexibility and capability to adjust to every project and team you serve. It starts to look - and feel - phony if you just do what you did last time.
I also believe people should love their work. Why not? We spend most of our waking hours at it.
Let’s imagine more glorious than last time; that’s how we improve and innovate.
